Cancellation Policy

Cancellations - All services will be invoiced within 7 days of support provision. We require all booking cancellations or changes to booking to be made 7 days prior to service date. Where cancellations are made less than 7 days prior to service date, a cancellation fee will apply. The fee will be from 50% to 100% of the full amount of the service booked at the discretion of the provider. Where cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to service date, the full fee of the service booked will apply. Waitlist - Where a service is fully booked, you will be placed on a waitlist and will be informed of upcoming vacancies.
